End of the story.

More like, just the beginning.

Cops have to deal with human debris all the time while putting their lives on the line.

Well, this is true. However, I don't usually see them slamming the human debris to the pavement like they did this woman.

They have little patience for people disobeying express orders.

So... due to their lack of patience, their lack of ability to deal with the public, their lack of ability to discern the difference between 'cell-phone' use and 'armed criminals eluding police', this gives them the RIGHT to BRUTALLY ABUSE a FEMALE instead of just asking her to get back in her car , or just put her in handcuffs ?

I agree the cops probably went overboard in this case. There was no need to slam her to the ground, but then again I am not sure we know the whole story other than a small video clip. There are black sheep in every profession - like the cop beating up Stallone in ‘First Blood’, but in general if you are courteous to cops and cooperate with them and do as you are asked, in the vast majority of cases they will act professionally with you.
