Votes are state control, aren’t they? Doesn’t that give the Federal Govt. NO legal right to mess with voting in states?

Yes, and Gov. Perry should say “FU” to the Federal 0bamabots and remind them of that, as well as the SCOTUS set precedence by upholding VOTER ID. Oddly, the 0bamabot courts don’t care about precedence when it’s contrary to their agenda.

Texas is subject to the voting requirements of the civil rights act.

It still doesn't matter who votes...just who COUNTS the votes. Remember Chicago, Daley and the Kennedy election? Or the latest Minnesota congressional? Trunks full of "Properly cast" votes are sitting in every one of the 57 states. God save the Republic!
