Palin was invited and declined. Get over it. There’s plenty of opportunity to listen to her elsewhere.
Speaking of Sarah Palin...Cspan was playing her acceptance speech today from 2008 and I cried all the way through it thinking about what the democrats,Hollywood and even the GOPe did to that poor woman. I thought about what might have been and watched how electric the crowd was...what a great job she did...what a great leader and president she would have made.
Why in the world did the republican establishment allow the smearing of her...why did some of them join in on the smearing? I know the answers...just throwing it out there. She was indeed another Reagan!! So full of promise and potential. I remember talking to some of my son’s female friends after her speech and they were ecstatic! I had never seen my son’s generation so excited about a political leader or even politics very much.
I guess the greedy politicians and the leftists had to destroy her.....she was just too good. I hate them for that and will never forgive those on our side for being such cowards and vermin. She truly had it all!!
So sad.
I suspect she’ll be the “mystery” speaker tomorrow. There’s a big hole without her speaking. I like her, not over-the-top nuts over her, but still feel that her absence makes no sense. That’s why I think she’ll be there.
