What crap. McCain cost us the election by saying “the economy is basically sound” a few days before the economy imploded. Rush neither makes nor breaks elections.

I feel pretty negative myself. If Romney doesn’t like it, let him do something about it. Dubya did in 2000. I went from casual contempt for the man to outright admiration after his convention speech.

Yeah that’s true. Its impossible to make a case that Rush was anything but positive for both Mitt and McQueeg. He’s not dumb. He can’t stand the Dear Leader and will go to any lengths to unseat him.

I agree with you. Rush did not cost us the WH in 20088. McCain, although an admirable guy personally, was a walking, talking disaster. I respect him personally, but he's not my brand of Republican. I did vote for him however.
