My “defense” was defending our Constitution and the Tenth Amendment. Under the Constitution, Romneycare and Obamacare are different beasts

Okay, who is distorting now. The Supreme Court ruled Obamacare/federal Romneycare was Constitutional. Case closed. Please cite the exact place in the Constitution where it gives KMAJ2 more authority than the Supreme Court to decide what is Constitutional. Please answer. Perhaps it may be you who does not support the Constitution. You cannot pick and choose which parts of the Constitution you want to support.

There you go again, Nick. I was speaking of the Constitutionality of Romenycare. Now you seek to inject Obamacare as relevant to that statement, but I will play your game. Did the Supreme Court uphold Obamacare with the Tenth Amendment? I do no think so, Roberts upheld it under federal government taxation powers (a flawed decision if you ask me, but I do not have a vote). Did I say Obamacare was unconstitutional? No. Did I say I have more authority than the Supreme Court? No. You are engaging in distortions and distractions. Stay on point.
