For me it is a federalism issue. If a state wants to go commie, let them do it, and Massachusetts is about there already. What I want is to be able to move away from oppressive state government like that. Let states experiment and revise their plans. One day someone get it right, and others can copy— IF they wish to.

Congress, however, is not allowed to do that (if the SCOTUS would rule correctly).

” - - - Let states experiment and revise their plans.”

Let us expand a bit on your quote.

Does your quote imply that a local, State, or Federal Government can improve on the “invisible hand” of Adam Smith’s Free Market?

For the sake of discussion, let us assume that it does.

What is the evidence that supports this assumption?

All known Federal Government Monopolies, or Partial Monopolies, Ponzi Schemes, or other Programs that compete with private companies are now Bankrupt, IMHO.

If you know of an exception to the Fecal Touch of the Federal Fecal Finger, please list it in your reply on this thread.

BTW, take your time, and I’ll check back in a week or so - - - .

You can be a fan of communism at a state level. I can live with being against communism anywhere.

By the way, your strategy already failed. The infection you were okay with in MA, now the Supreme Court said we get it everywhere. Thanks for playing.
