The problem is if we're talking about "stress infertility" instead of "USA fiscal infertility", we've lost. As long as Akin is around, the press will distract all campaigns with this crap. This is not the issue for our Country in 2012!
Just imagine the questions for Romney at a future POTUS debate, tell us about "legitimate rape". If Akin withdraws, so do the questions.

Akin grossly overreached in what he thought he knew about biology and on a very sensitive topic. That kind of lack of judgement is not useful and is quite likely to be repeated.
Amazing how unpopular the facts have become. We got about thirty medical einsteins here who say the facts don't even merit attention. Who cares about science, when you can beat up on some inarticulate conservative and feel all righteous about yourself?
