Me too; I happened upon the breaking CNN article and was stunned. I’d think Bloom-Turd & Kelly would have covered-it-up to avoid many millions in certain lawsuits and much criticism.
He’s going to either raise taxes, or increase the fare for the trains and buses to make up for it now.
