Every time I hear a great pianist play that piece, I'm filled with pianist envy.

(ducking)

In 1837, Frederic Chopin published two nocturnes that are among his most pleasant.

Chopin: Nocturne in B, Op. 32/1

The second piece is very well known, and Liszt orchestrated it in ”Les Sylphides. The F minor section is heartbreaking. This is my favorite among the nocturnes.

Chopin: Nocturne in A-flat, Op. 32/2
