It’s all part of a master plan. F&F didn’t work out for Obama/Holder, so they instructed Rahmbo to allow the gang violence in Chicagoland to spike so as to create a sense of a crisis.

This is all happening in Chicago, where it is illegal to carry a gun. Think of how horrific it must be in states where concealed and open carry are perfectly legal. In states like New Hampshire, the dead must be stacked up like cordwood.
