Don't know why this is still being discussed. Akin is the nominee. Support him or support McCaskell. It's like Romney v Obama. The only difference is Akin is a conservative and Romney is a moderate. I will vote for both. As for the Rinos who sought to take Akin out in favor of one of the primary losers, they no longer matter. He is the nominee, that is an unchanging fact. John Danforth? As if.

Hey... following on the heels of this get out Akin effort.... next week at the GOP convention, conservatives need to come out and let the world know how deficient Romney is (compile each and every quote and misstatement... along with his true beliefs which are bad enough) and he should be “replaced” by someone more palatable to conservatives and the Tea Party.... sounds good to me!!!! If it works for Missouri then it should work for the rest of the country.
