A pregnant woman under stress, and having a baby from an act of rape has to be (I'm not a woman so that's opinion) stressful on a woman, produces higher levels of cortisol which increases the risk of miscarriage.
Simply looking into this a little bit would reduce a lot of this mistaken commentary.

You do understand that pregnancy generally comes before a miscarriage......or how do things work in your world?
Also, if you looked a little deeper, you’d find that studies show that about 10-15% of pregnancies due to rape result in a miscarriage.
