No, that's not a piece of history from some 1970s-era Latin American junta. That was Barak Hugo Chavez Obama's recent EO to unilaterally grant amnesty to a couple million illegal aliens. If Obama had the chutzpa to do this now facing reelection in a few months, imagine what he'll do during a lame duck administration.

Congress could have stopped ALL this in 2 seconds by defunding Obama on day 1 when his crap began.
And what is the GOP doing about this amnesty thing? Rolling over and letting it happen. There’s nothing in Romney’s record that suggests he would right that ship.
