On FR, conservatives, before responding to a post, could ask themselves the following...
Disappointment, disillusionment, despondency over the recent turn of events on FR, should be met with:
a) Compassion, understanding, concern.
b) Disdain, contempt, derision.

I respond to each and every post in as fair and a proportional manner as I can muster. I refer you to Lib Lie Slayer's exchange with me earlier today at #1003 and #1035, no disdain, contempt or derision there and that is because LLS, as disappointed as he surely is, has continued to conduct himself as a patriot and a gentlemen, contrasted to others who have behaved rudely, maliciously and with their own contempt towards our Founder, and deserved whatever they received in return for their trouble.

True, I saw that...I apologize if I gave the impression that I was singling you out in my last post.

Everyone reacts to a given situation differently. This turn of events on FR has certainly caused much internal upheaval and confusion.

You’ve been around a while...if a poster isn’t “getting it”, what does it benefit to double down on them?

We should just “DO UNTO OTHERS AS WE WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO US”. One way or the other... it will be Conservatives that have to rebuild this republic and we must not divide our future paths over this election. Regardless of whether someone votes for romney or just cannot pull the lever for him... all of those that are Conservatives are our brothers and sisters and it is “we” that will have to work shoulder to shoulder to rebuild this republic. The left will try to fight us until we totally defeat them.

We will have to rebuild this country regardless of the outcome of this election... because she is broken and non functional today. We live in a thugocracy that is ruled by evil and evil resides in both parties. The dim party is 99 44/100% pure evil... the republican party leadership is about 80% evil. I think that the rank and file are Conservative but only about 40% of those republicans holding elected office are conservative. Far too many in both parties have sold their souls for power and wealth. We either change that or fade away into future History books... they will speak of a time when men were free. I intend to stay free... one way or the other.
