Now, if you are not an idiot (the doctor here clearly is) then you put that together with 1000 individual incidences of intercourse which are not rape to get a statistic which actually would mean something. This would be called comparing the data to a control group.
You can’t do that, however, if you have manipulating the statistics as a goal.
If he had said stastically rape results in very few pregnancies it would have been factually true. Maybe that is what he meant to say.
