I’ll say this: If a girl goes on a date with a guy, invites him into her apartment, is surrounded by other people who never hear any protest and there is no physical evidence of force, and it takes her several days to decide it was rape, then it doesn’t meet the definition of rape, IMHO.

I’m all in favor of executing rapists. But I’m not in favor of blindly taking a woman’s word that a sexual act was rape...

Thanks. I assumed he meant assault rape vs. someone claiming they were raped as the reason for an abortion. Neither explanation makes much sense, frankly, when you look at statistics. After reading various links to the statistics asscociated with rapes resulting in pregnancy, the number is very small...whether it's "legitimate", illegitimate, or whatever somone might call it.

The numbers were about 2 to 400 out of a couple hundred thousand rapes. That is a very small number. I would tend to believe all those claims were "legitimate".
