My emphasis above.. if this Marine is being treated like JFK and RFK treated Edwin Walker we damn well better see to it that the Marine gets the same protection that Edwin Walker got.

There's no comparison between Walker and this Marine. Edwin Walker told the truth and was persecuted. This Marine told lies and will be prosecuted (he apparently assaulted a LEO).

I'll wait for the trial to make my final judgment.

You may be right about the Marine.. and yes Walker was telling the truth -- I remember those days and Walker was viciously assailed as were all members of the emerging modern conservative movement. Walker was a hero and thus a prime target to be destroyed; Oswald tried to murder Walker whom the media had maligned as the leader of a "fascist organization."

There was no talk radio as we know it today, no Internet of course.. all we had were limited circulation publications so pretty much what the networks said was what most Americans thought they knew. No way to counter the MSM B.S.

Despite that the overwhelming majority of us were conservative members of a silenced generation.
