After WWII, the Brits lost it. Several Labour governments then systematically dismantled their national pride, created an enormous welfare state, and their MSM destroyed their sense of family, faith, courage, honor and decency. Their version of political correctness is borderline insane.
Those who stand up with pride, like the English Defense League, the UK Independence Party, and the far right are shouted down, called hate groups, sometimes outlawed, but most importantly are kept out of political power by the two majority parties.
The Tories are now totally controlled by the equivalent of what we would call RINOs. They are now just a less strident version of Labour, perhaps not so incredibly foolish with money.
They should put the royalty back in charge, give the Queen absolute power.
UKIP is a fine, peaceful party. A proper conservative party.
The EDL and BNP are not. They are, esp the BNP, parties/groups who espouse racism, antisemitism and have links to hooligans and far right UK neo-nazi groups like Combat 18.
The EDL esp, here seem to be heroes. The minority of Freepers like Vanders 9 and myself who are British have tried to disabuse Freepers of the starry eyed notions they have of the EDL.
