On the other hand, Federal agency budgets must be fully expended at the end of the fiscal year soon to come, or the followinkg year’s budget will be cut. I’m left to wonder at the justification - and the decision maker for all these seemingly random alphabet agencies - for spending it all on er ah social use ammunition. These are not practice rounds, they are for kill shots - you know it and I know it despite the press releases that chaulk it all up to training. Only fools ruefuse to connect the dots. They'll be arming the postal service soon, because they know when (not if) the money implodes, anyone in a government job will be charged with putting down an insurrection.
