You and I both know those aren’t practice rounds.

While NATO troops are forbidden HP rounds in international conflicts, there is no such restriction against domestic use upon citizens of the U.S.

On the other hand, Federal agency budgets must be fully expended at the end of the fiscal year soon to come, or the followinkg year’s budget will be cut. I’m left to wonder at the justification - and the decision maker for all these seemingly random alphabet agencies - for spending it all on er ah social use ammunition. Like what they’d load up on if they anticipated hostile interaction with members of the general public.

Back in March of this year, Homeland Security purchased 450 million rounds of .40-caliber hollow points. The National Weather Service just closed a bid solicitation for 16,000 rounds of .40 cal. S&W hollow points. NOAA Fisheries Office of Law Enforcement has said the bid mistakenly identified NOAA's National Weather Service as the requesting office, so hey there's no probem, "it will be used by the 63 NOAA Fisheries enforcement personnel in their firearms qualifications and training." B.S.! That glorified government security cops are being issued massive ammounts of high-dollar hollow points is disturbing. These are not practice rounds, they are for kill shots - you know it and I know it despite the press releases that chaulk it all up to training. Only fools ruefuse to connect the dots. They'll be arming the postal service soon, because they know when (not if) the money implodes, anyone in a government job will be charged with putting down an insurrection.
