This was a commercial transaction.
LOL, these Democrats will do anything to boost their approval ratings among Democrat voters.
But, it’s okay if he is a Boy Scout Leader.
“Friends, too many young men in Minnesota lack employment! That’s why I, Representative Kerry Gauthier, Democrat, Minnesota, am sponsoring THE GAUTHIER BLOWJOBS ACT OF 2012. This act will provide money to young men, hot young men, who are seeking to grab this opportunity and milk it for all it’s worth!” Paid for by The Friends of Kerry Gauthier, Barney Frank, Secretary.
Typically disgusting.
Possibly. And I take a back seat to no one when it comes to railing against media bias.
But be fair to the News-Tribune. They’ve done a good job covering this story and endorsed Chip Cravaack over Oberstar in 2010. They are owned by a company that isn’t afraid to present opposing viewpoints.
Just yesterday they ran an editorial that ripped Gauthier for claiming he didn’t have to say anything about this whole sordid issue.
Yeah I wondered about that. It would certainly make sense. Probably took the money from petty cash in the office too if I know RATs.
I was referring to the "Honorable" Mr. Gauthier.
And stories have said that the Minn. age of consent is 16. If that's true, it's moot whether the kid lied or not.
At the time, people were saying that he was flying home from DC, and that Article I Section 6 of the Constitution protects Congressmen from arrest when traveling to and from Congress.
They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.
One could argue that being arrested for public indecency is a "Breach of the Peace."

Typical boy-raping democRAT sodomite.
I guess it could be. But that clause reads so weirdly today. They could be arrested for selling their country out, or for a murder (or in their day a horse theft), or... for a loud party. The sublime next to the ridiculous.
What’s wrong with this country that such things can’t be banned any more.
I’m sure if an old Republican solicited sex from a teenage boy the press would look the other way... I wonder how many other teens he’s found through Craig’s List... I’m sure this isn’t his first...
