I think we should becareful of getting conned on this. These might be routine orders, or orders that seem like a big number but are actually quite insignificant.

I think you're right. 174K rounds is only enough ammo to minimally train 100 officers over the course of a couple of years.

Only the feds can afford to use hollow points for training. :-(

the Social Security Administration is asking to purchase 174,000 rounds of .357 hollow point bullets.
