Insignificant hell! This will control the production of the manufacturers for quite a while and prevent the civilian population from having any ammunition. The way around the Second Amendment has always been to stop the supply of ammunition. Sure you can have a gun but you can't have anything to shoot. Quidado AmeriKa. The Marxist Dictator is fulfilling another promise, "to have a civilian army as well trained and equipped as the regular army." The "Oktober Surprise" may very well be domestic. Financial collapse followed by nationwide rioting and martial law.

The Final Solution to the financial collapse facing Social Security?
Social security? Arming all the stern old grannies that go to Denny’s?
I agree with you, Don.
That’s an interesting angle, to tie up production, but how many bullets can a manufacture produce in a single day? And how much do they have in stock already? I’m asking since I don’t know, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they can mass produce ammunition rather easily.
Well, since we’re paying for it I’m going to place an order, too.
Finally! Ammo Stamps for the elderly.
Granny can dig her own grave.

Probably to help ammunition manufacturers to benefit from frantic sales to a fearful gun owners in exchange for their (manufacturers’) vote for strict control of guns and ammo.
Good for you.
Social Security ordering “.357 hollow point bullets.”
Why the deadly hollow point ammo just to punch paper?
Ah, the target practice paper must have been declared an enemy combatant by EO!
As the son of a Marine and big brother to a Lt,Col in the USAF I know what they go through to be all that they are.
Although never in the military myself I've hunted and shot 100’s of big game animals including charging grizzly.
The security guards will for the most part just protect themselves and a few will protect those they are paid to. It takes a lot to of self control to wait out a bear charge. I cannot imagine how long I'd wait to harm a fellow American. Last resort for sure.
Maybe they want to *shred* the paper or something?

And huge, deep underground bunkers with their own lakes - stocked with MILLIONS of MRE’s and other supplies - I know a trucker who has delivered stuff inside them -
They have a numbers table of how many of us are ‘expendable’ - and you do not even want to know all the people - world wide - that is planning the depopulation - not ‘zero poplualtion’ anymore but DEpopulation...the actual killing, through different programs, of tene of thousands of we little people, leaving a more controllable population to rule over.
Bill Gates, for one, is working on it enthusiastically.
Go to YouTube and watch some clips on Agenda 21
It’s a program that has been in the works for decades - ‘bumbles buddy, Bill Ayers and the Weather Underground named a number that needed to be killed....
We are dealing with evil that is hard to get our heads around. But we better start believing it
LOL!
Oh, the humanity! The poor paper is on the shooting block.
I forgot they will turn granny in to little green pills. ;-)
