I thought it was very odd last night on "Fox News Special Report", that the reporter chose to mention the name of the owner of the hotel where Ryan was visiting. Before his, I had no clue who Sheldon Adelson was.

What's surprising. is that Fox News would repeat this talking point, though subtly. I forget the name of the reporter, but he obviously got the memo.

It's called "Miami University", it's first-rate, and it was a university when that jumped-up newcomer in Florida was a swamp.

This week they're stuck defending Barack Obama's $700 billion cuts to Medicare and spending addiction.

Ryan's plan for saving Medicare was assumed by nearly all in the media to be his biggest vulnerability. Is it just me, or haven't we already won this issue?

Before this week, I would wager that a majority of Americans, a majority of seniors even, weren't aware that Ryan's plan would have zero effect on those 55 and older, who are on Medicare.

Medicare reform has gone from loser to winner for Republicans in one week, because of Paul Ryan. I think there are more shoes to drop for Democrats as they move from Medicare to other parts of the Ryan budget plan.
