How many laws and regulations are being broken by the Obamas' White House microbrewery?

Maybe we should start a list.

1. Manufacturing alcoholic beverages for distribution without a license.

2. Employing others to make said beverages. Are the Obamas paying taxes, Social Security, insurance, etc. to employ such people?

3. Providing alcoholic beverages to minors, if they are letting their kids sip the moonshine.

4. Transporting alcoholic beverages across state lines for distribution without a license.

5. Using taxpayer money for private, and perhaps commercial, gain.

6. Various FDA regulations.

7. Various EPA regulations.

And the list goes on. Please feel free to add your own.

I doubt he's breaking any of those laws you listed. Making your own beer is legal. He didn't sell it.

The real issue is how much beer are they drinking. Are they drunk every night?
