I have P90X2. I did the workouts consistently for three months (summer vacation has thrown me off track) and it got me in great shape. Lost 10 pounds and a couple dress sizes. It’s a TOUGH workout. I’m planning on starting my schedule again tomorrow morning. Oh, and most of the workouts are about 60 minutes long, including the warm up and cool down.
