the vile GOP is forcing this upon us
***Like Reagan said when he no longer had common cause with the democratic party, they left him, he wasn’t leaving them.

How far down the pit of hell does the GOP need to go before you’ll say, “no thanks”? For principled pro-life conservatives, the GOP has gone way too far already.

Ask Finny — does he feel proud about voting for a RINO when he denigrated McClintock and put in for Schwarzenegger? RINOs do more damage to conservatism than democrats do.

I lived in Santa Barbara a few years back. Our conservative congressman did a pretty good job. Along came this republican dude with lots of money, named Huffington. he spent more on this congressional primary race than any other in history. He unseated the congressman. When the time came to vote, I could not pull the lever for this POS and wrote in the former congressman. Straight Republican ticket. Years later, Huffington admitted to being gay, his wife divorced him and started Huffington Post, and do-nothing congressman Huffington basically did more damage to conservatism than any democrat ever could. The seat has been firmly in the hands of a librul ever since. Writing in the conservative republican over that POS was the honorable thing to do.

I am not saying that the GOP/R establishment is anything other than dishonorable, vile, liberal-esque, and so on.

But Rombag will not create gulags, starve us, have his gang machine gun us and bulldoze our dead bodies in ravines, poison us, or send us to "re-education" camps to be slaughereed en masse.

Okaka will. Guaranteed. The reason I changed my mind is because my eyes were opened just a tad more to exactly how evil 0kaka is.

And in the long run, it was the smart thing to do, Kevmo. If more people did it, we'd be better off.

Every ounce of common sense rebels at Romney. Voting for liberals guarantees a bad outcome -- it's an immutable fact of politics. The most constructive thing I can do in O vs R is vote for a plurality. Not because I figure whatever third-party candidate I vote for will win, but because I know every third party vote counts against a mandate for the winner and weakens his cause. As far as I'm concerned, a plurality "win" is more important than that Romney win, though in any case, my vote will have no say in O v R. It's a crap shoot as to who wins, but conservatives will have a victory if that liberal is elected on a plurality.
