I love Texas, too! I still love my native state of Southern CA but I know it's not fixable. Too damn late. I have to stay put in the South.

FYI, You of all people know Mystery-ak do not hate JIm and if you say otherwise you are liar, but I am assuming you know that.. There are no people more conservative than myst and I!! You on the other had chose to stay with MadIvan, after we figured out he was out to get FR!!

That has to be sad. California really is a beautiful place. I am fearful Texas may end up the same one day. Lots of liberals coming here to foul our nest after making their own nests uninhabitable. I use to cringe every time I heard Perry telling folks to come to Texas! Lol
