To the informed, (and I suppose only to the informed) she completely ‘pantsed’ Gibson by her refusal to cave to his personal concept of “the Bush Doctrine.” Even David ‘Roddam’ Gergen stated that.
‘It wasn’t the Couric interview, it was the interview with Charlie Gibson. And she didn’t say she could see Russia from her house, she said “... you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska.”’
Thanks for clearing that up. That makes it so much better that she said it in response to a question about her foreign policy credentials while introducing herself to the country. I don’t care for Romney, but you can’t blame him for Palin’s boneheaded quips back in ‘08.
