It’s odd how most everyone in American politics are wealthy...If not wealthy going in, most come out millionaires after jumping from position to position in government.

Public servants....lol

Proud to say that my congressman is one of the poor boys in Washington. He was one of those the democrats cried about because he was sleeping in his office.

If you gave me a salary of $172,000 a year, along with a virtually unlimited budget for housing and expenses, I’d easily save a million dollars in 10 years.

And with his wife being a tax attorney, she probably made more than he did. I doubt he made much money off of being a representative. The article sure is worded to suggest he profited from his position though.
