Romney is giving a very good speech.
I think Paul Ryan is an excellent choice.

Media seems to forget that Romney was a very effective CEO.
The best CEO’s strengthen themselves with people who have mastered
a discipline , can communicate effectively, know how to plan and deliver, and are in touch with the broader employee/market base.
Ryan fits all of those traits
