The difference between passion and feeling:

Feeling (a democrat trait) is you really like a candidate as long as he belongs to your party. No core values necessary. Just be able to speak without any particular American dialect which exposes the region you came from.

Passion is a reflection of the candidate’s own passion for his core values. It’s something you live for and will always want more of. Like Ronald Reagan was to his supporters and his supporters to Ronald Reagan.

Lack of passion for McCain was what gave us Obama.

You know what? I voted for Reagan.

And I don't think it was our lack of passion that caused McCain to lose. McCain wanted to lose and he did.

We were played.

And in the end this current election won't mean jack, but I still like to think it will.

We are screwed FRiend.

I don't care because I'm old, or maybe I do care because I'm old. Either way, I'm old. And it is the young folks who will have to deal with these choices.

So have at it.
