Bush II was just doing ‘what he was supposed to do’. The guy is a perpetual mark that begs to have a ‘kick me’ sign stuck on his coattails and he never gets why people do ‘mean’ things to him. After all the many mexicans he has working for him are appropriately grateful to the patron.
