Probably because I’ve grown up on Northeast cold water ocen fish, fresh water fish doesn’t do anything for me.

We usually fish lakes and rivers, and release 99.9% of it. Brook trout is the exception. I've never done ocean fishing.

I love cold water fish, and was a bit hesitant to try red snapper and pompano the first time we visited Florida. Now I love them, but nothing will take the place of the seafood we have here.
