This lying fool chose to pay for his daughter’s college tuition rather than his wife’s insurance. As though the daughter could not have attended Junior college or gone part time and worked.

KC has some great junior colleges which are relatively inexpensive. Apparently he felt his daughter was more important than his wife. Bad choice IMO. And people wonder why some young adults expect everything to be handed to them.

The wife had insurance through her own job.

This entire case is a sick fraud.

“As though the daughter could not have attended Junior college or gone part time and worked.”

Or, heaven forbid, taken out a loan. The average college grad earns $1.3 million more in lifetime earnings than a high school grad. http://usgovinfo.about.com/od/moneymatters/a/edandearnings.htm In families with limited resources, there’s no good reason for kids not to be self-financing their own higher education costs. And if she planned to work a career that wouldn’t confer her an income advantage over simply graduating from HS, she has no business squandering scarce resources on college in the first place. College is an INVESTMENT, not an entitlement to 4 years of goofing off.

Insurance for a college-age student could be bought for very few dollars directly from the university. So the guy is misleading us that by telling us that was one of his main excuses.

I wonder how the daughter feels, knowing one of the reasons her mother died was her dad was paying for her college tuition and not buying her mom the health insurance she needed? Way to go dad!

Why should we believe the college tuition part either? The guy is an obvious deadbeat, blaming, effectively, his daughter, as well as Romney. He had trouble adjusting his life style to his capability and still wants somebody else to take up the slack for him-——that’s a lifelong demorat if I ever heard one. The guy needs to be harassed, embarassed, and shamed into total and absolute silence, along with everyone else who helped put that dishonest piece of work together.
