If the Republican nominee had been Ron Paul, would you extend to him the same "HE'S NOT OBAMA!!" confidence of improvement? Hillary Clinton is "NOT OBAMA!!" either, though IIRC she was, long ago, a Republican. If she switched back to her original party affiliation, would you vote for her to replace Obama?

I ask that question in all seriousness. How far is too far for you?

ABO is short sighted. You are absolutely guaranteed a bad outcome when you vote for a liberal Democrat, and any honest review of Romney's record reveals that "liberal Democrat" is exactly what he is, though he's registered as a Republican.

Desperation often leads to choices regretted later. Republicans' and conservatives' desperation for "HE'S NOT OBAMA!!" is paving the way to a very bad choice. The better risk is to stand and fight the real enemy, which isn't Obama, but liberalism.

A new Gallup poll shows that nearly 10 percent of voters who supported Barack Obama during his 2008 run have decamped and will be supporting Republican challenger Mitt Romney in this next election.

Wow, great news. There is one goal on my mind: Run Obama out of Washington DC on election day.

One thing is certain: with warts and all, Romney is better than Obama. And for now, that looks great and it is good enough for me.

I hope all those people who have lost their jobs in the last few years think about that, and I further hope that those who still have jobs realize that 4 more years of Obama is a detriment and a genuine danger to anyone’s stability in the workforce.
