and i think anybody that wants a CFA franchise in those cities would be foolish to not apply for the papers immediately and double dog dare these CSs [literally] to deny the permits...
play it right and possibly get access to a prime location 'sweet spot' while yer at it...
force their hand, 'in their faces' and all that jazz...
Boston is too anti-business,very high taxes, and commercial rents are too expensive.....also, overall, the people suck.
And the franchise owner in Chicago would just get murdered, like everybody eventually does in Chicago.

Any city administration has a small `army’ of enforcers at its disposal. In CFA’s case, Chicago public health inspectors could make their doing business extremely difficult. All the mayor has to do when the new Chick Fil-A opens its doors is say,
“Fly, my pretties, fly!”
