14 is a healthy age for a cat. Our Jake is about 3-1/2, and Shannon is about 5.

LOL! We took our late Muffin to the vet when he was 8, and the vet called him a “senior citizen.” What a doofus. Our oldest cat got to 19-1/2. Now, that’s a senior citizen. I think that’s 92 in cat years.

Eight was barely old enough for his first mid-life crisis!
