Romney should bring up how Dirty Harry has run the Senate and how he is partly directly responsible for the current state of the country (not passing a budget, insisting on taxing the rich more, etc.)
That just extends the story another news cycle, adding to the distraction away from the Kenyan's pathetic Marxist record. Romney should tell Harry to put up or STFU.
