So why do you talk like the Tea Party is the first-ever conservative revolution?

Go ahead and proudly cast your vote for Romney (R(D)).

“So why do you talk like the Tea Party is the first-ever conservative revolution?”

Because I’ve not seen anything like it in my lifetime. In the late 70s, there was the Silent Majority...and that’s what we were...silent.

I remember the Carter years very well. I won’t say we “lived” through them because we didn’t “live.” We existed, much like today, except with loan shark interest rates and high inflation...stagflation. I think both are not far behind, especially if Obama is re-elected.

I’m so thankful that Reagan was the nominee. No one thought he had a chance, though, and even many who voted for him didn’t like him. It’s strange to think that many thought him to be too conservative.

In 1994, I watched the most enjoyable CNN programming I’ve ever seen. To see the looks on the libs faces, and to see the conservatives so happy, told me we were in for an extremely good night. And, to see Clinton say that he was not irrelevant was priceless.

This time is so much different. We have so many tools that we can use to communicate. I’m particularly excited about Twitter this election cycle.

I will never proudly cast a vote for Romney, but I would never wish another Obama term on this country. He will do his own legislating with EOs, and we can’t take any more of his “governing.” I believe the damage he would inflict would be beyond repair.

We are at the brink...I hope you know that, and will cast your vote wisely.
