I can relate to the President, CEO/COO or Chairman, when they learned of his juvenile behavior.
I guess his/her response was...Oh no... we don’t want or need this stupidity associated with our company, let alone an officer.
I suspect he is already known in the workplace for interjecting his personal beliefs into the day to day environment.
He may have even been counseled previously. The rapid response by firing him is evidence of good management.
300 immediate messages filled their phone system. They knew what they had to do. It is not a free speech issue. He was fired for doing damage to his company as an executive. He wasn’t the janitor.
I wonder how many Christians he harassed while he lorded his position over them!!
