When in your lifetime, boys and girls, have you ever shown your appreciation to a company whose president stands for bigotry, hate, contempt, lies, religious nonsense? Huckabee urged Americans to show their appreciation for this bigotry with their wallets! Yes, goddamit, down with the queers! Ain't no queer ever going to get married in America! The whole discussion on this thread is a waste of time and energy. Whatever “Sherman Logan’s” beliefs are is up to him. Some of us may not like gay marriage. I don’t care as long as those folks don’t get in my face.

The problem is the First Amendment to the US Constitution. No arrogant Democrat mayor should exercise his power to threaten a company to hassle them, forbid them from opening a store in their cities, or close them down. The owner of that company has as much of a right to express his personal feelings and beliefs as any of the rest of us.

Don’t let the gay marriage thing distract us from the real issues. That’s what they are trying to do. I personally think this should be fought out in the churches and synagogues (and even the mosques... wouldn’t that be interesting!)

Well, if you want to “follow the money” check out the PEW charitable trust (pewtrust.org) grants and see were there bias’ are. It seems a little strange that an organization with financial commitments to folks like planned parenthood, policy initiatives to create mandatory Global Warming regulations, promote regulation of fisheries, etc., would be recognized in any way as legit polling outfit.

According to a recent Pew poll, 48% of Americans, a majority for the first time, support gay marriage, with 44% opposed. That's a 9% increase in support in 4 years.

Never mind what the left says (Pew is push poller). Watch what the country does. If this poll were correct, Chic Fil A on Wednesday would have been an ordinary day.

Evey state that had the freedom to vote on it voted it down easily. Even Sodom California.

Pew is so full of crap. If you really "care", wait for a reliable poll. The left has a tendency to lie about these things.

Believe what ever you want but with all that movement towards gay marriage why is it that they NEVER win when it is put to a vote? That is the only poll that matters. It even lost in California when it was voted on. The only states that have queer marriage had it decreed by judges. The fact is that most people are against the perversion of marriage by the queers and their enablers and will vote against it if they are given the opportunity.
