Is this an example of “free speech” protected by the First Amendment? Even bad ideas may be expressed legally. But there is more than just a bad idea the man’s video.
He may well have violated several laws and statutes when he entered someone else’s property to berate and bully a young employee who did him no harm (she deserves a medal for her patience and poise). His employers certainly have the right to question his good judgment and his suitability for employment. I would pity the poor students that would have him as an instructor in their finance classes.
I don’t know that he violated any laws - except common sense.
