I created the account and provided indiegogo with Rachel’s work info.

I’m not familiar with indiegogo and its safeguards. Before I contribute anything to that site, can you educate me (and others) on the bona fides of the account? I want to know that I can be absolutely sure the gifts (I would consider anything I’d donate to be a gift and thus not subject to income tax) will go to the young lady. I understand that indiegogo would have a fee for their “hosting” services but all beyond that should go to her.

Can you lift my confidence level? I’m sure others would like some reassurance also.

Ditto, right now there is much too much unknown. Does the money go directly to Rachel or to the campaign founder, for instance?
