Arn’t there any lawyers in NYC. Seems like use of city council letterhead to personally attack a private company or to coeherce a private university to punish a private company would be quite sue-able.
Most lawyers very pragmatic here in NY. They work with the powers that be to feather their own nests. Otherwise Bloomberg couldn’t have run for a 3rd term with a 2 term limit. Crony everything here. Capitalism. Government You name it
