Their airline result suggests there may be some validity to their methodology.
Looks like to me it’s more about ad sales and satisfaction than it is about actual sales. CFA and Southwest aren’t even national brands, yet they’re in the top 5 and both advertise nationally. I freakin’ hate Subway, but they have some of the funniest ads on TV.
