Ansafone Contact Centers LLC in Santa Ana will open an office with 300 full-time jobs in Ocala, Fla., starting in October. Owner Randy Harmat made clear in a phone interview that he's not moving his company, which provides telephone customer service for other companies, and is not leaving California.

Domestic outsourcer.
Let's face it, Florida is income tax free; low worker's comp, lower wages and they are recruiting the company to move there and create jobs.
Jerry Brown on the other hand is building a high speed rail line in the desert. That's the way to show Florida, Jerry. They have 300 jobs, we have a high speed railroad to nowhere.

One took over a competitor in Atlanta, GA and moved the HQ from Pasadena, CA to there. Another had its main operations in Brea, CA and moved to Indianapolis, IN.

Another advantage, for a customer support company, is that having offices on both coasts allows them to cover more of the day without making people work weird hours.
