Jeff Johnson said it's happened several times in Asheville, North Carolina, a place where it's legal for everyone to go topless.

You do NOT want to see the women of Asheville topless...think Berkeley. Think Northampton.
I was in Asheville yesterday, and all I saw was a sweaty topless man. No topless females. I assure you I would have noticed FWIW.
Why isn’t Tits McGee wearing a shirt?
You have a really nice scenic highway though.
Plenty of guys really need to be wearing a Bro, but I don’t know any women who ogle a man’s chest and get aroused to the same degree men ogle women’s breasts and get aroused.
If there would be the same potential problems either way, I’d be for everyone keeping shirts on, but if you are honest, you know it’s not.
Now THIS gal has cankle.
yup.
And I will admit that it is a trait shared by a lot of guys too. I would rather not see most of the guys topless, that WANT to go around without a shirt. However disgust is easier to deal with than unwanted sexual arousal. There is more than one valid reason for women not to go around topless.
Think anorexic, “natural”, hippy vegan chick.
It’s not exactly the Miss America Pagent. Locally it’s referred to as the “Running Of The Bulls”.
Has that been sent to Laz?
I had to google for pics and it was mostly not good. Think of two dingy empty socks with an irregular shaped slice of pepperoni taped near the end of each.
Asheville and the surrounding area is beautiful and a very nice place to live. Asheville proper is very very liberal though. I do business with a quite a few lefties and I find I have to bite my tongue often.
