Get real. With his czars, executive orders and that POS Holder nothing will slow the Kenyan down. He doesn’t follow the rules. He suspends laws (immigration) when it suits him, he’s dismantling welfare reform and on and on. The Kenyan doesn’t give a damn about the senate.
He has as much power as you and others who live in FEAR give him. He’s like the Wizard of Oz.
