Mail Fraud consists of several very specific things. Not paying your postage could be one, and writing a check to a politician for a bribe is another.

What the complaint here is about is MISREPRESENTATION of who the mailer and returnee really are.

Looking through all of it I don't see mail fraud unless they've not paid their postage. You can find out who every party to this mailing is by calling Lansdale PA post office ~ they will tell you holds the permits and who the mail receiving agent is for the post office boxes at those 9 digit zipcodes.

There are no secrets in this although it might not be immediately obvious to the inexperienced.

BTW, asking some one for DOB and Social Security number isn't prohibited last time I looked.

Are you sure? I have tried to do that kind of research, but have always (30+ years) been told by the local post office in towns where I have lived that it is not legal for them to reveal who owns a specific permit number (violation of their privacy). Can you point me to a postal regulation that says this is legal? This will help immensely if so.
