You probably don’t want to hear this, but I’m pretty sure the destruction that Romney does to conservatism and shifting the GOP to the left is even more damaging long term, than the damage Zero can do in the next four years.

I’ll vote for conservatives down the ticket, but won’t support either gun grabbing, global warming, abortion supporting socialist.

If you can look yourself in the mirror and be ok with supporting an unapologetic implementer of socialized medicine.....go for it. Sometimes, I wish I could lower my standards and feel ok about it as well.

Let us not forget that it was Obama's overreaching that gave us the Tea Party and cost the democrats the house. If Romney is elected and continues in his liberal tradition then we will lose the Tea Party, the congress and any chance of a Conservative Executive before 2020.

If Obama is re-elected, then the Tea Party will have to force congress to impeach the bastard. I don't want another 4 years of Obama anymore than anyone else on this thread, but elections are not the only way to oust a tyrant.

Romney is the RINOs' way of ensuring that future GoP voters get stripped of all key identity-voting issues other than the "R" they are sewing on voters' clothing...

Pro-abort? (The new Romneyites conclude, "Who cares? I've jettisoned the pre-born.")

And the GoP, which is already down to a record-low Major party % of just 29% of all registered voters, will scatter to the wind once Romney is nominated. There won't be a GoP "base" left after this election.

I know I'm leaving the GoP (for either Constitution Party or Independent status) once Romney is officially nominated...and I will advocate that others follow that exodus...

That will leave just two liberal parties trying to outliberal each other...just like we have two liberal candidates duking it out for the liberal & independent votes...while the conservatives get taken for a ride with two spiritually-drunk drivers at the wheel!

One more time with the step by step strategy:

Step 1: Elect Romney in November, who is NOT a socialist/marxist/communist/revolutionary/sharia loving thug. Destroy oboma who IS a card-carrying socialist/marxist/communist/revolutionary/sharia law loving thug.

Step 3: Continue to be vigilant of Romney after the election and speak up and out when you disagree with his policies. Remember, Romney is not the choice of many, BUT he has the electoral votes and he IS the candidate choice against oboma.

Step 4: Once Romney is elected, we conservatives must come together and choose a conservative to elect in the 2016 elections. IF oboma is elected, we will NOT have another opportunity to vote for a candidate..dictator oboma will see to it that we lose the right to vote, like all good commie dictators do to their subjects in other commie countries. Count on it.

If you can't understand the strategy of how ultimately we conservatives and this country can win, your righteousness is blinding your vision. You may as well wave a white flag, and bow down on bended knee to dictator oboma. Put your standards aside for now, and think in terms of SURVIVAL by removing oboma first, and voting in Romney. THEN, we can select a conservative candidate who will win the 2016 elections. It is a step by step process. Like I said, if you fail to see the strategy, you will lose, and We the People will lose our Constitution, our freedom and our liberty.
